GROUNDING Aura Spray supports you in moments of tension, overwhelm, and intense emotions. It helps shift your attention from racing thoughts to your body and the present moment, restoring a sense of connection with yourself. Imagine tree roots reaching deep into the earth—stable, flexible, grounded. Grounding is the place from which actions become calmer and more conscious. Regular use helps build mindfulness and gently return to balance. This is a composition that helps release tension, calm the body’s reactions, and find greater stability, especially when it’s hard to pause or gather yourself. The formula macerates for 14 nights with four crystals associated with grounding, protection, and balance.

Vanilla

Black Tourmaline
One of the most powerful stones for grounding and protection. It creates a field of stability around the user and helps disperse tensions that block connection with the body and the present moment.
Smoky Quartz
A stone of deep calm and emotional courage. It promotes mental quieting and helps work through difficult emotions, gently rooting attention in the body.
Hematite
